- Cover available for ages 19 – 80 years
- Cover available for amounts of $5,000, $10,000 or $15,000
Benefits
- Provides guaranteed acceptance if you are aged between 19 and 80 years
- Double benefit if death is caused by accident after policy begins
- Provided you pay your low cost premiums when due, you will be covered until you die – no matter when
- Premiums cease at age 90 but cover continues
- 21 day cooling off period.
Exclusions
We will not pay a benefit where the life insured dies as a result of suicide within 12 months of the start date of the cover or the latest reinstatement of the policy. We won’t pay a benefit under more than one Ezicover Funeral Plan for the same life insured.
