This policy information will generally be sent by post within 48 hours of receiving the assessment details.

Later, if their cover is subject to significant change, we may contact them to offer a free reassessment or update them about newer options available at that time.

HICA's free assessment service can be made available to your patients simply by providing them with an Assessment Form. You can request that a number of assessment forms to be forwarded to you by submitting an online order. Assessment forms are provided to you at no cost.
