Participating Health Funds

We make it easy to find the right health insurance by offering a huge selection of health insurance policies from a range of health funds. And for your added security, HICA only recommends policies from Government Registered Health Funds.

HICA's list of participating health funds (the funds we select your recommendation from) is subject to change from time to time.  When health funds alter their benefits and/or premiums, the competitiveness of their covers is also changed. HICA regularly seeks out the best value policies from the market and therefore alters its list of participating health funds on a regular basis to ensure our client recommendations represent high value.  HICA does not represent all health funds.  Some funds only make their policies available through their branches or limited outlets, while others do not, or no longer offer products that HICA views as competitive.

HICA currently offers health insurance policy recommendations from the following health funds:

    Who pays HICA

HICA is remunerated by industry standard fees paid by those health funds with which a distribution/agency agreement exists (participating health funds).  The payment of these fees does not influence the advice we provide to you about the products offered by participating Health Funds.

The fees received by HICA allow our health insurance assessment service to be provided to permanent Australian residents at no charge, and cover costs associated with professionally staffing our enquiry lines and assessment service, printing, postage and general administration.  As a permanent Australian resident you will not pay extra for your policy when you use HICA's services.
